We recommend that whenever you gather a list for sending out a mailing, email or other type of appeal, you should record what you did in the database. This way you can easily find this information in the future for additional analysis or reports.
Any report that you run should have an OPTIONS link at the top of it. Use this link to find additional options, such as marking all the records on the list as having received a
mailing/appeal, a
Master Flag or to be moved to a specific
Calling List.
