Person Work/School Fields

The following fields can be used for each Person in the database. Depending on their People Flags, these 4 fields may be about their Job OR about their School:

  • Works At / School - This is the company where an adult works OR the school a student attends. This does not directly tie to their Address Record, so don't assume that typing something in here will affect their address or vice versa.

  • Dept / Grade - In which department or division does this adult work OR which grade is this student in?

  • Title / Teacher - What is this adult's professional title at their job OR who is this student's teacher?

  • Term / Graduates - If this is an elected official, when does their term end OR if this is a student, when will they graduate?
