When you are
Editing an individual Appeal you will see 2 links to run a Cost Benefit Analysis. This function is dependent on you entering data in the fields at the bottom of the Appeal Edit page. You must enter a QTY of how many letters, emails, calls went out. You must also fill in at least one of the COST fields. Once these data have been added, a Cost-Benefit analysis will be very useful to show you how effective your appeal was.
