Sign in on the appropriate page using your
Username and Password.
If you would like your computer to remember your
Username and Password, you can do so by clicking the “Remember Me” box on the login page. This adds a cookie to your computer which will be recognized the next time you come to the login page. If you use software that regularly cleans cookies off of your computer, this cookie may be wiped out and you may need to re-enter your
Username and Password after such a cleaning.
Do not use the “Remember Me” function if your computer is used by other people or is accessible to other people when you are not at your desk. Doing so could compromise the security of your database.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will stay logged in as long as you continue to use the database. If you stop using the database for more than 10 minutes, your login will expire. The next time you attempt to access a page in the database, you will be redirected back to the login page to re-enter your
Username and Password.
Each time a User logs in, the date and time of their access is recorded. You can use this data to run reports.
