The field is used to note
Households or
Organizations that should never again be contacted. Reasons include - the record is a duplicate, the person is deceased, the business is closed, they've moved away from your organization, or they asked to be removed.
Once you switch someone to any of the above choices, their phones, emails and addresses will ALL be marked as 'removed' and will stop showing up on
Reports amd
Mailing List.
There is also an option in this drop down of 'NA/OK to Contact' - this means it IS okay to contact them. If someone has been marked to never be contacted again and they change their mind, switch ths field to 'NA/OK to Contact' to get them back in the system. Changing this one field will NOT automatically make their phones, emails and addresses start appearing on
Reports amd
Mailing Lists. You MUST manually change all of the
Address fields to make them valid again.
