Section 02.02.08.

Phone

You can create multiple Phone numbers for any Master Record in the database. To view/edit/add these, use the CONTACT INFO icon on the top menu when you are inside a Household or Organization record. You will then be able to add and edit each number, one at a time.

Phone Fields are:

TYPE: Is this a number for Home, Work, Mobile, Pager, Fax or Other?

STATUS: Is this VALID, WRONG or REMOVED. Only VALID phone numbers will show up on reports. It's up to you if you want to keep removed phone numbers in the database, or just write over them.

WHO: If this number is specific to only one person on this Master Record, select that person here.

PHONE #: Enter in the phone number; while any format will work for entering, the database will try to convert what you enter in to the following format: ###-###-####. To ADD a new phone number to the database, this field MUST be filled in.
