We highly suggest that no one except staff members ever have access to anyone else's Username and Password.
The security of your data can be compromised if Usernames are easily accessible. Usernames and Passwords should always be changed when a staff member leaves the organization.
Every record added or modified in the database records the User who made the modification, thus another reason for each user to have a unique Username. Usernames can be viewed, added, or changed by Staff Members. However, Staff Members can only view or change the Usernames of people with the same access level (or lower) of that Staff Member. Because Passwords ARE visible to other Users with the same or higher security levels, do NOT use your bank account PIN or other important password in Donor Mine. Only your database Administrator has access to all Usernames.
